The original wineries are currently being restored. They were acquired by our great-grandfather, Severo Pérez, over 130 years ago. The restoration aims to preserve the natural spaces, making them safer.
Our mission is to make these wineries a fascinating journey through time, where you can experience the passion for wine through wine tourism in an original winery.

200 years old
The cellar at Bodegas Óscar Pérez is an underground winery over 200 years old and approximately 100 meters long. Excavated in sandstone, it helps us maintain a constant temperature suitable for aging our wines.
